CCCorp. provides a lifetime warranty for its paper faced tape-on trim when used in site homes constructed on a permanent foundation and that sound industry standards were employed when the trims were applied with all purpose or taping type compound. It is also subject to application to gypsum panel, not affixed to framing members. The warranty is limited to a replacement of the faulty cornerbead. Other than the limited warranty contained here in, there are no other warranties, express or implied, with respect to this product. CCCorp. makes no other warranties than that stated above, whether express or implied and there are no warranties for merchantablility or fitnes for a particular purpose. In no event, shall CCCorp. or any of its affiliates, be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
